No person shall peddle or solicit before the hour of 9:00 a.m. or after the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. No person shall peddle or solicit before the hour of 9:00 a.m. or after the hour of 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. No peddling is permitted on Sundays or legal holidays except for peddlers or solicitors of popsicles, ice cream, and frozen dairy products who may peddle on these days from April 15th through October 15th from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
