731.04 SERVICE ISLANDS.
   At a gasoline and oil filling station one or more concrete service islands may be constructed or installed in front of the building line but not nearer than 15 feet to any street line. Such service islands shall be raised not less than four inches nor more than 12 inches above grade, and upon the islands there may be installed one or more gasoline pumps and one or more oil racks for the storage and dispensing of oil from cans of approximately one-quart capacity. No gasoline pump or oil can storage rack shall exceed six feet in height above grade.
