Any person violating any provision of this subchapter or making a false or fraudulent statement either in his or her application for a permit or in the process of making a solicitation shall be subject to the civil penalty provided for violations of this municipal code. In addition to or in lieu of any pecuniary penalty, if a violator has been issued a permit, his or her permit shall be cancelled and revoked by the Court.
