§ 99.03 ADVERTISING SUBJECT TO IMPOUNDMENT, REMOVAL.
   Anything located upon any public way or property in the city in violation of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance subject to removal, impoundment, release, forfeiture and escheatment by and to the city in accordance with § 99.04.
