§ 98.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   A permit for an invisible fence shall be issued by the City Clerk after:
   (A)   A written application by or on behalf of the owners of the property for which the invisible fence is proposed verifying according to § 98.02 the address or other identification of the property with a plat of the boundary lines and all public rights-of-way adjacent and indicating the location of the proposed invisible fence and the distances to all boundaries and buildings on the property and all adjacent public rights-of-way is submitted;
   (B)   An application fee of $10 is paid to the city; and
   (C)   The application and the invisible fence proposed is approved by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the provisions of § 98.02 and all other applicable laws.
