§ 97.051 CLOSING STREETS; PROHIBITING USE.
   The Director of Public Works is authorized and directed to close and prohibit the use thereof by motor vehicles of any public street or right-of-way, or portions thereof, in the city, upon which any labor or materials have been provided for the construction, maintenance or repair of any sidewalk, curb, gutter, pavement or other improvement thereon which has not been completed; when, from a visual inspection thereof, the Director of Public Works determines that the use thereof by motor vehicles will cause physical damage to or impair the quality of the construction, maintenance or repair of the improvement thereof.
