§ 97.004 SALE OF GOODS UPON PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, GOODS shall mean anything which is movable.
   (B)   No person shall cause or permit any goods to be sold, displayed or offered for sale upon any public right-of-way within the city.
