For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ANYBODY. Any human being, or any organization or combination thereof, in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE. A motor vehicle classified as a commercial vehicle pursuant to the terms of KRS 186.050.
ERLANGER LAKES SUBDIVISION. That parcel of real estate described in Exhibit “A” of the KRS 100.203(2) Development Plan Agreement of A & K Enterprises, Inc. recorded at Misc. Book 154, Page 383 of the Kenton County Clerk’s records at Covington, Kentucky.
EVERYBODY. Every human being, and every organization, or combination thereof, in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
EXHIBIT “B” REAL ESTATE. The parcel of real estate described in Exhibit “B” of the KRS 100.203(2) Development Plan Agreement of A & K Enterprises, Inc. recorded at Misc. Book 154, Page 383 of the Kenton County Clerk’s records at Covington, Kentucky.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any wheeled vehicle propelled by any means other than muscular power.
NOBODY. No human being, or any organization or combination thereof, in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
PERSON. Any human being, or any combination or association thereof in the form of a corporation, partnership, joint venture, unincorporated association or otherwise.
STOP SIGN. A stop sign designed, made, installed and maintained according to the specifications of the Bureau of Highways of the Transportation Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
