Lot Fourteen (14), in the South Half of Section Six (6), in Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Four (4) East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, in Whiteside County, Illinois, presently owned by the village be, and the same is hereby set aside and ordered to be opened as a public playground.
The operation and maintenance of said playground shall be under the supervision of the committee on streets and sidewalks. (Ord. 226, 5-18-1964)
