7-1-6: DECLARATION OF NECESSITY:
It is hereby determined by the board of trustees that it is in the best interests of the public welfare of the residents of the village that damaged sidewalks or sidewalks which have fallen into disrepair be repaired and that the cost of repair shall be as established by this chapter.
