2-4-2: MANNER AND METHOD OF PAYMENT:
The fee and service charge levied under section 2-4-1 of this chapter shall be annually due and payable to the city on or before May 1 of each year and shall be placed in the general revenue of the city. (1994 Code § 31-107)
