8-1-11: UTILITY SERVICE INITIATION AND TRANSFER FEE:
There is hereby fixed and established a utility initiation and transfer fee in the amount provided in section 2-6E-2 of this code for the initiation of utility service or transfer of service from one location to another. (1994 Code § 34-4)
