2-6E-2: UTILITY SERVICE INITIATION AND TRANSFER CHARGE:
The fees required in section 8-1-11 of this code shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00), except that the fee for landlords who desire to initiate service on a vacant structure will be ten dollars ($10.00). (Ord. 2006-22, 9-19-2006, eff. 11-1-2006)
