A. Rates Effective March 1, 2009: Effective March 1, 2009, the following rates and charges are established. The rates and charges established in section 8-5-2 of this Code shall be as follows:
1. Rates for each individually billed single-family residential:
$3.00 per month (standard rate)
$1.50 per month (reduced impervious surface rate)
2. Rate for each common billed multi-family residential up to four (4) dwelling units in size:
$3.00 each dwelling unit per month
3. Rates for all other developed real estate tracts not covered by subsection A1 or A2 of this section, including all multi- family residential over four (4) dwelling units in size and other nonresidential:

$3.67 per month (standard rate)
$1.84 per month (reduced impervious surface rate)
2. Rate for each common billed multi-family residential up to four (4) dwelling units in size:
$3.67 each dwelling unit per month
3. Rates for all other developed real estate tracts not covered by subsection B1 or B2 of this section, including all multi- family residential over four (4) dwelling units in size and other nonresidential:

C. Annual Increase Of Fees: The rates and fees charged pursuant to this section shall increase by three percent (3%) each year after 2010, effective January 1 of each year thereafter. (Ord. 2010-10, 9-21-2010)
