1452.03 PARKS AND RECREATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12, there is hereby established a Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Fund and all funds arising from fees collected under this chapter shall be credited to such Fund and expended therefrom only for the purposes set forth in Section 1452.02 and as authorized by Council from time to time.
