1446.03 WINDOWS.
   (a)   Double-Hung and Single-Hung Windows.
      (1)   All operable windows shall be so constructed that when the window is locked, it cannot be lifted from the frame.
      (2)   All windows shall have manual locking window latches.
   (b)   Sliding Glass Windows. The requirements for sliding glass windows are the same as those provided for sliding glass doors in Section 1446.02(h).
