In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Ohio Residential Code, as adopted in Section 1426.01, and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the City, the stricter standard shall control. In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Ohio Residential Code and any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation shall control. In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Ohio Residential Code and a provision of State law, the State law shall control.
