The Southwest Ohio Engineering Association Standard Drawing 300-22 is hereby modified to include the construction notes which give the City Engineer, or his or her agent, the authority to require a four-inch minimum thickness of approved base material, as well as additional subgrade preparation, where necessary, and curing compound to be used on all sidewalks constructed under City standards.
