Ohio Basic Building Code
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 85-45, passed September 10, 1985, authorized an agreement with the Dayton Board of Building Appeals to hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders pertaining to the enforcement of the Ohio Basic Building Code. Copies of such ordinance and agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
      Resolution 15-99, passed April 27, 1999, authorized the Montgomery County Building Department to provide administration, supervision and inspection services relating to all Ohio Basic Building Code construction within the boundaries of the City of Englewood. Copies of such Resolution may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
