The Ohio Basic Building Code, as adopted in Section 1422.01, is hereby amended as follows:
OBBC 4101:2-1-21 PLANS; FEE FOR INSPECTION. (Amended)
The fees for the inspection of plans required to be submitted to the Englewood Division of Code Enforcement for approval under the Ohio Basic Building Code shall be charged at the rates specified in 1426.05 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Englewood.

OBBC 2911.0 (OAC 4101:2-29-11) ACCESS TO TOILET FACILITIES. (Added)
All building sites for principal structures shall have ready access to adequate toilet facilities. These toilet facilities shall be in place before the building floor or any wall is in place. Said toilet facilities will normally be on-site, but may be located up to 300 feet away if written permission is on file for use of said facilities.
