1226.09 AMOUNT OF LAND TO BE DEDICATED.

The amount of land to be dedicated by a subdivider or developer pursuant to this chapter shall be determined in accordance with the following formula:

Acres of land for dedication = Total population as determined in accordance with Section 1226.07 x . 005.
