1224.08 REFORESTATION PROGRAM REQUIREMENT.
   (a)   The number of trees meeting the tree standard required on any developed zoning lot, other than those zoned "R," "O," "I" or "S-PUD," shall be as least one tree per one-tenth acre, rounded to the nearest one-tenth acre, plus and including the trees called for in subsection (b) hereof.
   (b)   The number of trees meeting the tree standard required within the front yard of any developed zoning lot zoned "R," "O," "I" or "S-PUD," shall be at least the greater of two trees per zoning lot or one tree per forty feet of lot frontage, calculated by dividing lot frontage by forty and rounding to the nearest whole number.
   (c)   In addition to required trees, every zoning lot on which is hereafter erected a principal structure shall, before occupancy, have its front yard planted with at least eight shrubs. If said lot is a corner lot, the number of front yard shrubs shall equal at least ten. Additionally, the entirety of front and side yards shall be sodded with grass, and twenty feet of the rear yard closest to the principal structure shall be sodded.
