Every license issued under this chapter shall contain the name of the person to whom it is issued, the nature of the performance, the number of days and the dates on which such performance is to be held, the amount paid for such license and the location or place where such performance is to be held. Such licenses shall be valid only in the hands of the person to whom and upon the dates for which they are issued and only for the performance named therein. No license shall be transferred or assigned.
