EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 5-94, passed February 22, 1994, approved an agreement between the cities of Trotwood, Englewood, Union and Vandalia and the Miami Valley Cable Council, contracting said Council for certain designated services pertaining to the administration and rate regulation of such cities' joint cable television franchise. Copies of such agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
