No license shall be issued by the City Manager for any performance proposed to be held at the same time as any other performance within the City, nor shall any license be issued for any performance proposed to be held within a period of ten days immediately preceding or following the holding of any other performance within the City. No license issued for any performance shall remain valid for a period of more than ten days. No performance shall be held between the hours of 11:00 p. m. and 10:00 a. m. of the following morning.
