As used in this chapter:
(a) "Performance" means, but is not limited to, the following: a circus, menagerie, carnival, amusement, game, sideshow, musical, minstrel entertainment, theatrical or other public show.
(b) "Admission fees" means and includes charges for amusement activities, rides, merry-go-rounds, booths for the conduct of games of skills, food dispensing facilities and sideshows. It does not include gambling devices, games of chance, lotteries, punch boards or other activities in violation of any City ordinance.
