251.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established a Department of Seasonal Employment for the City, to be composed of the City Manager who shall serve as Director and such temporary employees as may be hired by the City on a temporary seasonal basis and paid from funds appropriated for part-time services.
