(a) The following fees and charges are hereby established to be charged for emergency medical services provided by the Fire and Rescue Department.
(1) For residents and non-residents, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support Service (ALS) shall be charged at the most current rate that would be the usual and customary fee as is determined by third party insurers including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid and other private, public and commercial insurance carriers.
(2) In the event of a disagreement or disputed charge, the City Manager shall have the authority to make final determination.
(b) All revenue for emergency ambulance services collected shall be used for the purpose of providing, maintaining and improving emergency fire and medical services within the Municipality.
