242.13 FIRE/EMS OPERATING FUND.
   (a)   A Fire/EMS Operating Fund is hereby established in and for the City.
   (b)   The purpose of the Fund shall be to provide for the expenses and expenditures of the Fire Department and Emergency Medical Services.
