232.11 EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS WITH THE DAYTON REHABILITATION CENTER FOR THE HOUSING OF PRISONERS.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute contracts with the Dayton Rehabilitation Center for the boarding of prisoners without Council's annual legislative approval.
