EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution 03-77, passed January 25, 1977, adopted the Comprehensive Disaster Plan prepared by the Randolph Township Combined Disaster Planning Committee, which Plan establishes a course of action and emergency roles of all officials, department heads and peoples of Randolph Township, the City of Englewood and the Villages of Clayton, Union and Phillipsburg. Resolution 85-78, passed August 8, 1978, authorized an agreement with the Boards of County Commissioners of Montgomery, Greene and Preble Counties, and the legislative authorities of a majority of the other political subdivisions within each of these Counties, to continue the establishment of a regional local organization known as the Miami Valley Disaster Services Authority. Resolution 40-90, passed October 9, 1990, authorized an agreement with the Boards of County Commissioners of Montgomery and Greene Counties, and the legislative authorities of the other political subdivisions within each of these Counties, to establish a regional local organization known as the Miami Valley Emergency Management Authority.
