Copies of each ordinance, resolution, statement, order, proclamation, notice and report required by law to be posted in each of the five places designated in Section 224.01 shall be posted within fifteen days of the date of passage and shall be posted for a period of not less than fifteen days after the passage thereof. Ordinances and resolutions shall, however, become effective according to Sections 2.06(g) and 4.03 of the City Charter.
