(A) No roll carts shall be permitted to remain at the street prior to 24 hours before the collection date or after 24 hours following the end of the collection date. Any roll cart remaining at street level before or after said time period may be removed by city personnel and returned only upon payment to the city of an administrative fee of $5.00.
(B) This subchapter shall become effective July 1, 2023 and expire June 30, 2025. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
