§ 70.03 U TURNS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to make a U turn on any public street of the city, except at an uncontrolled intersection of a city street. It shall be further unlawful for any vehicle to make a U turn at any intersection controlled by “stop” or “yield” signs or at an intersection with a state or federal highway.
