180.05   EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
   (a)   Executive DEI Committee Board Members shall be comprised of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer.
   (b)   The Chairperson shall oversee all DEI Committee meetings, Executive Board Meetings, memberships, and functions of said Committee.
