180.01   NAME AND LOCATION.
   (a)   The name of this organization shall be City of Elyria Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.
   (b)   Its location shall be at 131 Court Street, City of Elyria, in the County of Lorain, and the State of Ohio.
