Upon certification by the Safety-Service Director that the proper bond or deposit has been posted, as required in Section 1391.02 and that all other requirements stipulated therein have been complied with, the owner or mover shall then obtain a permit from the Building Department.
The permit for moving shall not constitute a building permit for the purpose of placing a building on the new site.
