Whoever wishes to move a building upon, along or across any public street, alley or public ground shall file an application with the Director of Safety-Service for permission to do so. The application shall designate the route to be taken, the size and type of building, masonry, frame or metal, the date such building is to be moved and the approximate time enroute and any other information requested by the Director.
