1347.06 TESTS OF INSTALLATION OF PRODUCTS.
   The Building Inspector may require such tests deemed necessary to properly ascertain the safety of a product or installation covered by these regulations.

1347.07 CONCEALED WORK.
   The Building Inspector may require the immediate removal of any material or construction found to have been so installed as to conceal or cover up any newly installed portion of an installation or system before an opportunity is given for inspection and approval.

1347.08 INSPECTION TAGS.
   Upon completion and final inspection of any installation, alteration or repair covered by a permit, the Building Inspector shall place an approval or disapproval label or tag on such work.

1347.09 FRANCHISE APPLICATIONS.
   The Building Inspector shall accept applications for franchises and shall supervise the written examination. He shall submit such examination and results to the Board of Building Standards and Appeals for final approval or disapproval.

1347.10 MODIFICATION OF CODE.
   The Building Inspector shall submit recommendations to the Board of Building Standards and Appeals on Heating and Cooling Code changes, alterations or additions.

1347.11 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Building Inspector and his authorized assistants shall have the right, during reasonable hours, to enter any building or premises, within the jurisdiction of this Title Seven, for the purpose of making any inspections or tests of any equipment or parts thereof covered by this Title Seven.

1347.12 INSPECTION OF HAZARDS.
   It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to inspect any equipment covered by these regulations which, due to its construction, installation or condition, may present a hazard to persons or property.
