1343.05 MISUSE.

No franchised contractor shall take out or secure a permit for work to be done by any person not connected with such firm nor in the employ of such contractor. No franchised contractor shall allow his name to be used by any person for the purpose of obtaining a permit. If found guilty, the franchised contractor shall forfeit his franchise.
