1341.05 OPERATION OF CONDEMNED EQUIPMENT.

No person shall turn on or permit to be used any equipment covered by this Title Seven which has been condemned until the cause for condemnation has been remedied and the equipment or parts thereof have been put in safe condition in accordance with the requirements of this Title Seven and the office of the Building Inspector.
