(a) The Building Inspector shall notify in writing persons affected and a hearing shall be held by the Building Inspector on the revocation of a registration.
(b) After proper hearing, the Building Inspector may revoke or suspend registration for a period of not more than six months.
(c) Persons, firms or corporations aggrieved by the decision of the Building Inspector may appeal within five days to the Board of Building Standards and Appeals.
(d) A hearing shall be had by the Board of Building Standards and Appeals and the Building Inspector's decision affirmed or rejected; if affirmed, additional penalties may be prescribed by the Board.
