1321.04 INITIAL AND ANNUAL RENEWAL FEES.

Upon approval of the application for registration and before a certificate is issued, the contractor shall pay either an initial fee or an annual renewal fee to the Building Department, as determined by Chapter 109 of the Administrative Code.
