1315.08 JUDICIAL REVIEW.

A person shall have the right to appeal the final order of the Board of Building Standards and Appeals to a court of competent jurisdiction, pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 2505. The right to appeal provided by Ohio R.C. 2506.01 is in addition to any other remedy of appeal provided by law.
