1304.01

Pursuant to Section 4.14 of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, being particularly the 2019 edition thereof, as promulgated by the Ohio Building Officials Association, which Code is commonly known and is hereinafter referred to as the Residential Code of Ohio.
