Where the Planning Commission finds that extraordinary hardship or injustice may result from strict compliance with these Regulations, it may vary or modify these Regulations to the extent deemed necessary and proper to grant relief from such extraordinary hardship or injustice, provided that the variation or modification, if granted, is not detrimental to the public interest and is in keeping with the general intent and spirit of these Regulations.

Health requirements shall be in accordance with the regulations of the City Health Department or those adopted by the County Board of Health, if applicable. Such health requirements shall be administered and enforced by the City Health Department or the County General Health District, if applicable.

If any section, clause, phrase, word, provision or portion of these Regulations is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding or decision shall not affect the validity of these Regulations as a whole, or any part thereof other than the section, clause, phrase, word, provision or portion so held to be invalid.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or imprisonment for a term not to exceed thirty days, or both. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
