The addresses on West River Road South, beginning at Third Street, to the south corporate limits, and on South Gateway, from the Conrail Underpass to its intersection with West River Road South, just north of Infirmary Road, shall be renumbered by adding 6000 to the present number of the real estate parcel as determined by the Elyria City Engineer's Office, effective July 1, 1996.
