909.02 NUMBERING PLAN.
   The houses and other buildings on all the streets and avenues of the City shall be numbered in accordance with the following plan:
   One hundred numbers shall be assigned to each block; the first block shall begin with number 100. A number shall be assigned for each twenty-five feet of frontage, and in such a manner that numbers on streets parallel to each other shall be directly opposite or as near as possible, except on Broad Street, Middle Avenue and Court Street, to Second Street, which shall have a number for each fifteen feet of frontage, and all stairways shall also be numbered. The odd numbers shall be placed on the right side of the street and the even numbers on the left side. The numbering shall be done as provided by the City Engineer.
