901.05 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS.
   Before any sidewalk or crosswalk is relaid in accordance with the provisions of Section 901.04, the Safety-Service Director shall cause a notice to be served on the property owner.

901.06 ERECTION OF BARRIER UPON STREETS BEING PAVED.
   It shall be the duty of the contractor or other party having charge of the construction of any pavement in any street in the City to place a fence or other barrier at each end of the street, or such part thereof that is being improved, and at the intersection of all streets opening thereon, and to place upon such fences or other barriers notices that the streets upon which the improvements are being made are closed to public travel.

901.07 COMPLIANCE WITH TIME, SERVICE AND PUBLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   No person shall fail to comply with requirements to construct or repair sidewalks within the lawful time, after service or publication of the notice or resolution is made as required by Ohio R.C. 729.02 et seq. Each day of failure to comply with this section shall constitute a separate offense.

901.08 SIDEWALKS REQUIRED ON NEW STREETS.
   Except as otherwise provided in Section 1119.04(c), there shall be sidewalks, of one course concrete, four feet in width, constructed on both sides of all new paved streets in the City.

901.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
