529.10 OPEN CONTAINER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (a)   No person shall have in his or her possession an opened container of any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
